Improvements

• The selection range for selecting axes or coordinate systems in the 3D View window is now larger
• When the Rigid Body Behavior of selected 3d-objects in the simulation components Conveyor or any movers is not as expected, the user gets a feedback
• Dialog windows are now always on top and can no longer be minimized
• When linking output to inputs, the outputs in the Select an Output window are now sorted alphabetically
